Thought I'd post something here, its been a while.
Sketched this up yesterday, its been some character I was milling around him my head.
I don't know what purpose he serves, but I gave him a little story.

Anthony Carmichael
aka Ass Eyes

Transient/hobo who happened upon misfortune when an alien parasite ended up in his eye socket.
The weak alien quickly formed a symbiotic relationship with Anthony, now the two are inseparable, at least for the moment.
The parasite is deeply rooted itself into his body and nervous system.
Though Anthony's smoking habits kept the parasite from getting any further, either latent cancer, nicotine or smoke weakens the alien.
It recedes into his head, but will fight to keep itself alive given the situation, taking over the host and fighting for him allowing some unnatural abilities.
The symbiote spills out from the socket covering Anthony's head and arms giving him odd abilities such as a coating of muck that he can use similar to a whip.
