I've had these two on my for a while now, and finally was able to get some art of them. Meet Brynlee and Stewart.
Bryn is centuries old and runs an inn deep in the Fae Woods, as a result of a deal he made with the Fae when he first was setting up there, so long as he continues to maintain the inn and the area around it, he won't age, and the supplies in his storeroom will replenish. In addition, the Fae gave him a wight rabbit companion, he opted for the Dusky variety, as the stories he had heard where that those where more independent, which would make for a better helper. Naming them Stewart, he enjoys their company, and while technically their master, treats them more like an equal, the two working together to maintain things.
Speaking of Stewart, They're a rather sassy fellow as a result of having to deal with drunk adventurers trying to come onto them back when the road was in use more. And more muscly than your normal wight rabbits as a result of helping around the inn.
Nowadays the main road Bryn had first set up on is more of a forgotten path, Trains and cars long since causing the routes to change. Despite that, Bryn still holds up that bargain they made long ago, perfectly content to keep maintaining the inn and its land. The occasional traveler and his library of stories from adventurers past helps, as well as seeming to have become the usual host of a variety of fae celebrations throughout the year.
