So I tried to draw a little doodle for Eat Your Friends Day on Twitter yesterday, but sadly, the sketch turned out pretty terrible. I was pretty down about it, so I took another crack at it today, and I am much happier with the result! I guess

As you should be! It’s a great thing that not every artist is able to do, being able to start off with something and be disappointed in it, yet be able to return to the project and make it something you’re satisfied with ^^

Ah, thank you! I try to keep the mentality of "even if a drawing doesn't come out great, I can always draw it again and it'll probably be better because I learned from my mistakes." Even then, with this one, I needed to step away from it for a day and clear my head before I tried again.
