When Javert gets a power surge he goes super cyan! And green, and purple, all sorts of colors. As his hair, eyes, and other parts start to glow and shift like an aurora borealis. Localized entirely within himself! Not to mention that tail, another part that's meant to evoke comet imagery.
Aaand a bonus casual look for em. Uhh, being pantless is normal, I mean, he's only able to unwind when he's at home with no one else to bug him.
