So, I decided that I'm gonna try out some retro sprites, 'cause everyone likes retro things, right?

I started with space invaders. Easy, iconic, and you can do a lot with them. I wasn't really sure how to approach these at first. The original sprites themselves are very tiny (the red one here is about the side of a business card), and they wouldn't have ironed properly without the black beads. I thought about doubling the size and adding clear beads to reinforce, but that would have looked ugly.

They wouldn't have made durable keychains, either, because of the way the sprites stick out in little pieces like that. Doubling the size would make them too big for coasters or keychains..so I decided on what you see now, and I really like how it turned out. As they are, they'd make awesome little keychains or magnets for a fridge.

I can make them any color you want, and any background color you want. I can also mass produce these quite easily, so you could have your own fleet of space invaders for your fridge or whatever!
