This is the updated design of The Rift Walker, stalking his realm through the tainted soil and dead trees. Major props to the artist for helping me with the tweaks to the design.
The Deadlands are the realm of The Rift Walker, his dark will and tainted power corrupting and extending it's reach with every year. But as mortals, what can we do to defy it? If we construct the runes to keep the taint at bay, his legions will be sent to destroy them, gaining his attention. His attention is the last things we need. The only way we survive is to protect the remaining magic trees, and to maintain contact with our allies. The Elder Keep, Everton, Fel'tari, Pure Tide, all are threatened by his continued existence. The day will eventually come where we must stand together, against his legions, and hope enough of us survive.
