Before you ask: No this is not the same Flora from Dragon's Destiny, This is the Hope AU version of Flora.

A long time ago the stars of the night sky created the first dragon to balance both the light and the darkness known as Flora. She flew around the stars happy. She was free for a million years, until one day she gotten herself stuck in an area close to the sun. Her body started to swell up from the energy from the sun with no ground and it wouldn't stop. She became so massive she had no choice but to transform. Once she did done it her true form became sealed away for a long time. Thanks to her dragons came to be. While she was sealed within the world that was created she knew what was happening. She loved the world she created and dragons that live in it (Expect Malefor for a completely justified reason). After Malefor nearly destoryed the world which in turn almost killed her, Spyro putting the world back together not only saved her, but also unsealed her true form leaving her to explore the world she made and becoming friends with many including Hope. Whenever the balance is being tipped back and forth her body will react in odd ways, so she can't help Hope solved a mystery.
Since she is The First Dragon she could do some funny things to other dragons. She could even make Cynder's and Flower's breasts, bellies, or butts bigger if she wanted with a single touch. She would do this in a joking way.
