I don't know how serious this is but a lot of artists struggle with this, mostly because they see all the flaws and slight anatomy problems and can't see past that.
Basically don't beat yourself up over stuff like this, as long as the client is happy then everyone is happy

Well i think that can seriously limit drawing efforts because as an artist you can see some flaws that cant be fixed right now due to lack of some skill needed for that. But on the other side it is basically a good method to underestimate your skills a bit to make you work even harder
