Long story short: It isn’t.
The chair-binding and foot play is just one instructor’s weak excuse in having a little fun. Which is what my white-tailed doe Vicki is doing to her trainee Kai the lion.
It may also be disciplinary since Kai was reluctant to follow the class requirement in covering the upper half of his body. This lion has long been accustomed to fighting and learning with his athletic chest proudly exposed.
