That makes sense, yeah yeah. Expectations and memories and things. You think of warmth and spice with chillies, but more of the firey passionate stuff not the burning pain if missused bahaha

And yeah, I think most people don't really mean anything by teasing / making jokes but sometimes or by not replying if I explain something, sometimes I'm just very sensitive! In this particular case it's like HEY IT'S MAGIC! It's not super literal, I promise! Please don't take it so seriously everyone! ;w;/

I'm sure it'll also become clearer that its all magic warmth in the next few pages too for those who process it better through the comic :3

Yeah, I think so! I think it's def like, a page by page case and folks just wanna make a quick joke, which I get, but also, aah LOL

Unless you count they get together as a spoiler (I don't because it's so obvious) the other parts of the story talk about an discuss totally different elements of the characters and world. This prologue is a lot more about relationships and character drama while the rest of the story is witch politics, magic, and even more character drama, but not all about Battam and Salm aha.

I've actually been reading these for a long while~! Its been a real fun ride (and also i can forget details like how its the essence of a thing not *literal* chilli peppers). But im glad you're still here posting your stuff here :D It's not often you see fun human/human-like artists and art on this site and i'm really bad at keeping up on non-furry sites aa. Really fond of your stuff~
