So, yeah, this is gonna be a new villain character I have come up with who will be based in the Pokemon Universe in Blaze's canonical story. His name is Boncher and it is a combination of the words Bonfire and poacher as he specialises in Fire types and hunts and poaches Pokemon, think Hunter J from the Anime but much more ruthless and nastier.

He has a scar on his face that was caused while he was hunting Scyther at one point in the Kanto Safari Zone. His entire outfit will be high tech as he has made lots of money from his illegal dealings in Pokemon hunting and made powerfu allies in the criminal world. His helmet lets him track Pokemon's heat eminating from their own bodies while also hiding a fold-away gas mask under the chin-guard.

Boncher's arm cannon gadget has three different cannons for different situations that make him much more successful than Hunter J was. Plus, the fact he can turn Pokemon into diamond statues makes his work much more desirable than J's gold statues did on the black market.

His keypad on his lower left arm has come in very handy as it allows him to keep check on his current targets and also control his Gadget Boots too as they have different settings. His boots have a jet setting which allows him to fly at a limited speed but also change grips on the soles of the shoes to adapt to terrain.

Finally, his belt has hidden Poke Ball compartments that helps keep his appearance more tidy but he also has hidden compartments to help carry tools and/or rations when needed.

Now, the reason I didn't draw his body and legs is honestly I am not confident in drawing them well but I might come back to this when I feel more confident. Plus, this was mostly to give visual details on his gadgets and facial appearances for when I commission someone to draw him. I have all the other details all readied up so only time will tell when Boncher will make his full appearance.
