i personally wear an inverted cross for the following reasons:
1. the actual biblical meaning is humility, as St. Peter refused to be killed in the same way as Christ and was crucified upside down
2. colloquially, it also means "anti Christian" and I'm very anti the Christian establishment as it exists in the west
