One of the big cities from the Cal'xiali lies to the north, snow-covered on a bay.
The royal familys and highborn ones are able to use ice magic. They use it to create weapons and to build theyr city bigger and bigger. Frost and ice don't bother them much, and when they are icborn their eyes shine bluish. The Is'tral use their nearly perfect Ships and magic to trade in Cata'ris, because the weather there makes agriculture impossible. Even if there are kings and nobility, the poorer houses are not really poor. They are well paid for working at the court and in the city.

The Cal'Xiali
the Cal'Xiali themselves are a royal people, they insist on cities and even their villages have a good infrastructure. You have had kings and aristocrats since the beginning of time.
Many Cal'xiali are magically very gifted, they automatically get noble status. Their wolfish look together with the open skin areas where you can see the glow of the inner core often makes them seem magical. It is pure biolumiscence, however, which is what most of the creatures of Noz'rial have. Due to the very short fur, scales shimmer on the nose and feet. On its thin, medium-length tail, near the base of the tail and the tail, there are three large scales. in the upper middle scale a gem is set when they are old enough.
