A Newish OC i made to make some fun ideas really,

Stacey as said in the ref is a Scrafel a Scrafty and Buizel Fusion, contrast to Grant the charmeleon she can swim and such but her uniform can inflate like a certian familiar shape. Personality is the type she takes no craps about anyone, or even you and more likely to punch your face in if you try anything with her, She seems to hate her job and inflating but inside she actually likes both and if shes on duty she will make sure you stay safe by making you even puffier/ rounder than herself. It doesnt matter if you have a lifejacket, inflatable suit or not she will inflate it thats her job. So better follow the rules or else fwoomp Also the Pants cant rip and usually doesnt wear it bodies of water for obvious reasons.
