Your love is not small
We have many questions, fleeting notions and feelings both good and bad about ourselves. It can be difficult some days, submerging into that ocean, and feeling the depth of ourselves.
Trying to see love in all that darkness.
It's the pursuit of that love which tests us in our longest days and darkest nights. Heaviest are the hearts which sink, yearning for a different truth to this world. We begin to believe we are weighed down by the years of disappointment, and the fear of more to come.
" Why should I bother? "
A terrible thought...but so often are we met with it. It can obscure the world and make a heart small...make our love small.
It's...not our apathy...nor our giving up on ourselves which protects us. It is not that which gives us strength. Despite all that obscuring, all that weight...deep down in those depths there's still that love in you. That thing that keeps you going.
And that love is not small.
Some of us...all we're looking for is just one more reason to believe in this world, not give up on it. And if that's you, then come sit with me for a little. You're not alone here. it's time to find our reason together.

We can take comfort, you and I, that we are in such a state still. That we have not given up on it. It's important to know this and see it. This has been and will continue to be what we find our strength in, not our weakness. We continue to struggle and endure.
