This is Sek, an underdone god from Terry Pratchett's Discworld, that was made into a staple deity within the Discworld MUD game, which has labeled him as a god of greed/acquisition/self-gratification.
Since there is no official description of him, this is my interpretation of how he looks.

Most Sekkite priests take his principals to a dark place and relish in inflicting misery on others.
My priest doesn't see him that way though. In his view, greed is just a reflection of the person from which it originates.
If you want evil things, greed will gladly lead you down a dark path, but not everything selfish is inherently evil.
Maybe Sek's 7 hands are just for giving better hugs ^w^
