I feel like whipped cream is literally as it sounds: you indulge yourself in whipped cream to the point your body obtains some inflative results. Milk is probably a forced one, where you're forced to drink so much to the point you're inflating. Balloon enjoyer either mean you enjoy inflated people or someone enjoys inflated people; good for lesbian stories.
