Well, a lot of people make it out of rubber, or make a hard clay-type one and cover it with rubber, which you can buy in a can like spraypaint. Then it has the rubbery texture and stuff, especially if you give the nose a bumpy animal-nose texture :3 That's prolly what I'll end up doing... whenever I get there :p
