Porunga get a little tired with his work, he have a vacation but no one can do his job for him, and now mushu find Dragon Ball, he want get bigger, Porunga have an idea, he use dragon ball power to blow mushu up like blow a balloon, mushu grows up and he change like Porunga style, Porunga shrinks and change like mushu style, I believe mushu can do a good job while Porunga spending his hundreds of years of vacation.
