All heroes have to start somewhere... I've been wondering how would parents of Hexen characters look like and what would be their backstory before heroes lost them, so here's Brutulius who is a fanmade Heretic/Hexen - Beyond Heretic character.

Brutulius was the main leader of the Legion army that once was following orders of the great Marshal - Zedek.
One day. Brutulius got married with one of Wise Women of the Cronos - Barbara and she conceived and gave birth to Baratus. The child was raised by both parents - father taught him how to fight and not be afraid of fate, while mother gave young Baratus a school to attend at the young times.
After Zedek betrayed the Legion by signing pact with Serpent Rider Korax for the loyalty and the gift of Unlife (when Baratus was 10 years old) Brutulius has left home in order to fight against Zedek's army, on which he got captured and killed by D'Sparil. Mother got killed too, but later, when the Serpent Riders took over.
