As for Maxwell himself, he is the last Legendary to join Graziel's Pokemon family group. He used to protect the forests when he was in his tree form but after seeing how much of that was destroyed he saw he had to action. However he was captured by people who simply wanted to use his power and because of that he lost all, but 2 of his horns.

He is another softspoken and friendly Pokemon especially with Graziel and Charless since he feels he needs to repay them both for saving his life and for showing him that the world can be change but only when you take action. Recently he has found a new use for those humans that still try to experiment with Pokemons and to kepe using nature resources with pollution.
