I have no price ideas so I will let you make an offer which must be reasonable since I have a little attachment to him but not enough to want to continue to develop his story. The price can be in USD or EUR. Money only for this one sorry!

The new owner will get :
+ The ownership of the character design. Once you brought it, you can whatever you want with the design but resell it higher than the price you brought it, unless it has additionnal art. You cannot do a open/closed species about it. YOU MUST CHANGE THE NAME!
+ I can offer you a TH code Invit for free if needed, newcomers on TH only! (but dont ask me how to use TH)
