One thing about a nice old building like that, is if it was located in the US it would probably be sitting there. Abandoned, rotting, falling apart with no use to it and having weeds and grass growing up through the concrete/blacktop.
There's a nice old school on another street here in town that's been boarded up for years. On one of the walks we took down to the village we went on to one of the streets called Oak Street where allot of the older, larger houses are and there's this nice old stone church just sitting there. Even though the building seems to be maintained along with the yard, the upper wooden portion of one of the roofs is falling apart with birds living inside of it.
