Back in December 2020, I started doing character design practice as a way for me to shake out of an art block and to warm up to doing commissions. Eventually my mind went to doing a tactical rpg ala Shining Force, Fire Emblem, Final Fantasy Tactics etc, with furry characters.

I'd like to try and make it some day, but for the time being, here are the character designs I've been making on the weekends for fun!

With the year of the ox, I had to do some more bull related characters for this series, surely~?

I had realised that outside of our healing tanuki characters, our magic casting characters tended to ffall onto the thin side so I wanted to do a fun constrast by having a very traditionally handsome big massive bull that can charm you away onto an adventure~

As folks might be able to see, I was inspired pretty heavily by the outfit Howl wears at the beginning of Howl's Moving Castle.
