Anyway because after all you can't run a police force with just a few polices, this time Rickard Lockheart works under Matthew's division and is the best markmanship of the police, he almost neevr misses his target... unless certain events happen that could force him to miss. And while being quite proficient with guns he prefers to use his trusty gun. Also being part wolf he can track others with ease.

Btw he has hiw own personal forms of capturing and taking criminals in custody. His belly is more tahn enough to carry them :D Also since his iside belly is bulletproff, believe me they have tried :) As well as explosive proof.
