I like how these guys came out for the most part, paint jobs are whatever, the biggest issue I have is Silvia's breasts, holy shit did I make them too big, even for her standards. I'm contemplating shaving them down but I may just leave em as is.

I "kitbashed" these things called Heroclix, it's a table top game that uses superhero miniatures, it's like chess on crack.
For these specifically I took a couple figures, some clay and painted them.

How did you get the clay to stick to the figures and harden on them? Did you bake them and use an adhesive?

Alright, as for the clay, what brand did you use? Was this all mostly trial and error?

I used Sculpey polymer clay, clay is inherently adhesive and if you pack it on, even at this scale, it holds its shape and bonds very well.
