Ah wow, well a vuvuzela is the horn that is being blown up there in the last panel, they were huge this year, I mean like almost comically so at the World Cup. Youtube even added a button that you could add the vuvuzela sound to any video you watched. They are rather annoying, people say they sound like angry bees, they have even started making their way into other sporting events, and some people have called for them to be banned because they are so annoying lol.
