The queenly snake wrapped her tail around the tiny frilled lizard's waist and effortlessly lifted him up to her face. The little guy was already holding delicious fruit, and had a leafy fan tied to the end of his own tail. He was more than ready and willing to fulfill the service his queen desired.
But Alexi was about to make SURE he was willing. She held him at eye level and stared deeply into his eyes... and all Larry could do was stare right back, in a mesmerized, entranced state, eyes half open, and a soft, somewhat goofy smile.
Still staring right into the queen's eyes, he held the fruit closer. Alexi softly hissed, extending her tongue out to pick the grapes off the vine and flick them into her mouth, one by one. As she feasted, Larry began to raise and lower the end of his tail with the fan, keeping his queen nice and cool as she enjoyed her snack.
In between grapes, Alexi spoke softly but authoritatively to her humble helper. "Mmmm~" she said, enjoying the succulent, juicy taste. "That'ssss a good sssservant." Still, she didn't feel cooled down enough to her liking. "Now fan fasssster," she commanded, "or your queen will devour you..."
"As you wish, my queen!" Larry responded, and began to speed up his tail fanning.
