Eat them up yum- no lie, some fish heads are great for soup. Key for eating mackerel is watch out for the many pin bones in the fillets

You can do anything you want, like grill, fry, pan sear, or broil, but frying is the best option, yet I can’t eat fried food too much anymore. You can butterfly it or fillet it, but watch out for the pin bones
