Corruption Rate: (Small) (Progressing) (Numerous complex cellular mutations give rise to new types of internal organs and/or develop old ones to function at a new level. The more visible external changes in the body are the result of the body modifications caused by the parasite)
Source of corruption: After Roselynn's heart got removed, parasitical monster, mutated Alraune invaded her corpse spreading ivy and mycelia trough-out her body, taking root and prepared to eat her from inside. But because of the strange compatibility and bond the two shared. Parasite entwined them even more deeply, linking tissues and organs together before transforming into a new heart. Roselynn is now in a symbiotic relationship with the parasite and not even surgery can remove them anymore
Age: Her real age is unknown but her appearance looks 27 or older

Personality: Cautious by nature, likes to keep her distance and observe before making contact but being fickle minded those encounters are rare. Having trust issues to the point where mere words can hardly convince her, at those times she might appear cold, cunning and quick -tempered. Those unlucky who get on her bad side are met with agression that leave no room for negotiation, at those times she can lose self-control in a fit of rage, arousing the need to listen the opponent's cries of suffering and pain, soothing her mind and resonating deep inside her very soul which works like a drug, alluring her to continue tormenting her opponents and indulge herself in a sense of superiority, afterwards Roselynn feels a deep self-loathing over dark desires which she would rather keep buried. Despite her many faults, Rose do have a soft side for things she likes, often behaving mischievously. Bullying which should not be frowned upon is a sign of Roselynn lowering her guard around you. Having few trustworthy friends she might act clingy and possessive towards those she is close with. Deep mental scars from the past have left their marks in her psyche making her occasionally seem to struggle at to keep some unwanted dark emotions and desires in check

Breath Skills

-Curtain of Smoke
A breath that releases large amount of thick smoke of her own body color. While it lacks in offence if irritation to eyes and throat is not counted. This heavy fog lingers around long period of time if not blown away by wind, is mainly used while fleeing or in surprise attacks

-Poison Mist/ Miasma
A breath that creates very thin yellow vapor which spreads quickly over a wide area. Covers all surfaces the mist comes in contact with in powdery poison that causes pain as if your entire body is being eaten alive by insects. When breathed in, immediately damages mucous membranes and causes heavy bleeding, followed up by the appearance of internal hemorrhages throughout the body, making even short exposure to Miasma life-threatening

-Breath of Corrosion
A breath attack that creates a dark-green, heavy and slow-moving smoke. Decomposes and melts organic matter upon contact while rusts and breaks down weaker metal compounds into dust. Roselynn's most powerful breath which she avoids using because even she is not fully immune to its effects. Rather ineffective against targets submerged in liquids but causes extensive destruction to the environment

-Illusion Fog
Requires Roselynn to fill her lungs up to a point of almost bursting before she can release a glittering pink spore-rich cloud that causes confusion and realistic hallucinations for those who are unfortunate enough to inhale this gas. Spore density of this breath make it extreme flammable and can even cause explosion when ignited



Poison related abilities:

- Poison Fang
Roselynn can inject her victim with venom trough her teeth temporarily numbing and paralyzing them, overdose from multiple bites can be fatal

- Acid Spit
The head tentacles are capable of spitting acid from their mouths. Despite short range and mainly self defence mechanism, acid is strong enough to melt even some metals

Venom as Blood
- The Parasite periodically releases chemicals into Roselynn's bloodstream to protect her from various threats, turning her blood highly toxic. Coming in contact with her blood directly, one may at first experience burning feeling which then leads to acute injury including irritation, swelling, blisters, ulceration and necrosis

Toxic spikes
- Can be extended and detached after successful strike, leaving the poisonous spike(s) behind.
Flick of the tail can toss several spikes at once but replaces accuracy with quantity. Spikes re-grow replacing the lost ones in few days




Other Abilities:

-Recovery
Roselynn can heal herself faster when in contact with water, stronger effect when fully submerged in liquid

- Environmental Reinforcer
Inborn ability to strengthen and accelerate the growth of the flora at one's presence and increases the possibility of occurrence of rare plants

- Environmental Corruptor
Roselynn constantly releases spores into the atmosphere through breathing and releases pollen from her flowers. These spores/pollen accumulate into soil, affecting insect, plants and in rare case even monsters.
Forcing them to adapt and evolve into new toxic variants of their kind


-Seedbed
Roselynn can scatter corrupted seeds separated from the parasite residing with in her. These seedlings can parasite themselves on a creature or a corpse to gain control. A beautiful rose(s) will bloom and targeted body will get wrapped up with vines covered in barbs. Roses will work as nucleus, absorbing nutrients from the host until they been sucked dry or until all roses gets destroyed. Vulnerable to Fire



- Black Ivy
Requires both Enviromental Reinforcer and Environmental Corruptor ability to be active, successful activation evokes polycoria eyes. Summons countless black thorns plants from underground to fight by Roselynn's side, when there is incoming danger the vines will automatically defend and even counter attack during combat.
These thorn plants are semi self-aware, many invisible vines lurk underground catching unsuspecting enemies by entangling them into a deadly grip



-Forest Walker
Creates a narrow path at overgrown places for a single person to pass trough by moving everything aside. When in use the path extends further ahead while closing up in behind





Extra info and fun facts about Roselynn:

- Roselynn is capable of hibernation, it's common for her to sleep through colder season or long periods of time

- The cheek fins can be folded and move 180 degrees. Can be spread wide to increase intimidation. Can also block or limit the line of view

- Barely visible horizontal cut wound can be found if traced by finger on the left side below the ribs

- Roselynn has no control over her head tentacles as they're independent from her will yet their behavior seems to follow Roselynn's mood patterns, but most of the time they're just screwing around. They do love eating insects and small mammals such as birds.

- The head tentacles are connected to 6 acid glands located at Roselynn's neck. 3 on each side of the spine, spread in regular intervals. Each one can secrete and store up to 0.5L of acid every day. When full, acid can be seen overflowing from between the gaps of pedal like mouth

- Roselynn and the parasite both have their own nervous systems which have bundled together in one body, boosting her agility and reflexes

- Rose has glowing innards

- Past events often appear in her dream as nightmares

- Strength of Roselynn's bioluminescent can be directly compared to the sun cycle. Being dullest during the day and brightest at middle of the night

- Rose burns twice as much calories in a single day than normal dragon of her size

- A Queen bee who survived after drinking nectar from Roselynn' tail flowers, mutated grogin in size to a small bird and now resembles bit of a firefly with glowing buttocks, build its nest nearby Roselynn's cavern. At today, the colony size varies from 1 to 2 hundred individuals, all hyper aggressive towards intruders. Honey they produce can be used to neutralize Roselynn's Poison

- There are periods of time when more flowers buds grow and bloom from Roselynn's body. Making her a valuable target to a local bee population
