Kobol's character is to be a lot like mine for obvious reasons. It is going to come across like he can see the future in the series, and the upcoming progenitor invasion, but there is a explanation for that.

Kobol is Catholic but he is not homophobic. He accepts Lucanis for who he is and respects him (AS IT SHOULD BE - any religious person who hates gay people for just who they are is in even greater risk of eternal torment in my opinion - end rant). I will try to emphasize this point of view in the series.

Kobol's relationship with Lucanis IS strained, but for other reasons.
