I dunno what it is, but summer gets me thinkin' 'bout water a lot, and it comes out in me art. It's like zen for my eyes or something. ^^
Anyway, here's Nick and Silas. This one was murder to sketch. The original came out too small, so I had to scan it, resize it, and trace it off the screen to make it bigger. Then Si's legs and torso kept coming out too long. He's like more than half a head shorter than Nick, and it took quite some time to make that work.
How long did it take? I forget. I think I've blocked it out. :U

XD I'm sure! What I mean was that the spine bends (or, rather, leans forward) beginning from the lower back (which, in the picture, is upright). Even those practiced in yoga (who can flex 'straight out') can't do so without crunching their abdominal muscles or lurching their backs. Its a minor thing (and Lord knows you draw 10x better than I do!), but it's kinda significant.
