I wouldn't have guessed! I can see it now that you mentioned it, but to me the whole coattails/robes/etc sort of hanging or draping off the tail just felt.. Right, or sensible, somehow. So when I saw you do it I simply saw another person who "gets it" :>

Well I'm glad it looks convincing, I think coats are one of the most difficult pieces of clothing to draw because of the way they fold and drape off of things.
