I've decided to tackle the first Spyro game ever made and reinterpret it as if it were going to have a modern day "live action" (read: hyperrealistically animated) film adaptation. We can all sleep easy knowing this will never happen, right? Right?

There's something too sensical about a world populated by dragons being littered with recreational explosives. You can find some kind of firework or another in every OG trilogy game, and about in every other stage or so. There's always an implication that the Current Bad Guy's henchmen have left their own weapons of minor destruction around, but I think the dragons left these puppies where they did. I think they'd get a kick out of anything that creates controlled fire.

I hate fireworks. Always have. I hate that they're noisy, I hate that they're destructive, I hate that they're dangerous, and I hate how no matter where I've lived in the US people will take every chance to blast the fucking things all throughout the late hours of the night. As you can imagine, researching what kind of fireworks I wanted this design to be based around was hell for me. I will never know peace so long as the Fourth of July is a thing.
