Uhh no saddle and nothing to hold onto but slippery scales! If he's not careful, he might not just fit in perfectly, but fall perfectly too :D

I also thought about this while I was drawing, but let's assume that the dragon flies very slowly and carefully and if something happens - just catches the puppy with its paws ;D By the way, I was offered to put it in the paws, but I like the riding option more ~
