Komodo Joe has always wanted to wear something bottomless just like back in the early days dressed as a samurai after his and his brother Moe's mutation before switching to ther usual thobes. So Joe picked out a new outfit that is a bottomless style and very fashionable too. Even attracting a surprise bottomless Pinny too. X3
