Finally got around to detailing his reference.

His story is a bit complex, but to simplify it, he's a historical figure in the world that his home city Esria exists in. Currently, he is the reigning monarch and will be for quite some time given his status as a god that exists on the mortal plane.

Gifted with skill in the holy arts and knowledge on the metaphysical, he often puts on a silly attitude when around others because he's honestly not that bright.
