Some more character stuff for

I did quite a few sort of stereotypical noir-style scenes with Odin, the effect of which is sort of odd because I know Odin is hardly the "hard-boiled detective with a dark past and a mean left hook" type. He's really nice and thoughtful and sensitive, he's helped me through very dark times of my own. I honestly couldn't have made it through my first year of college if he and the rest of you folks (but mostly him) hadn't been cheering me on. *voice cracks and clears throat*
That's why he's gonna get so much more work from me- 'Cause he's deserved it for such a long time-
And I'm only getting started paying him back.

Excuse me while I wipe my eyes.

I know I've said this, and probably will continue to say it, but I cannot thank you enough for all this work, Koopus. I wish I can honestly give you a nice bear hug for all of this, but since I can't, I'll just keep trying my best to keep cheering you on, cause you sir have talent and should be recognized for it...once more, trying to say that without looking biased due this work being based on me...also *holds out a handkerchief to the koopa, smiling lightly while patting his shelled back* Its alright...thank you, really for the kind words and I wish you no further dark times, but if they should arise, count on me to help try and pull you up from their clutches...now, *smiles and playfully musses up the wild blue mane of hair* lets cheer up, smile, and cavort, for we're among friends :)....now lemme go see what cavort means so I hadn't embarrassed myself with improper usage >.>
Second point I want to make is, yeah, I'm faaaaaaaaar from the best candidate of "Best Trench-coated Stranger with a mysterious past and gift", and more the the parody of such, being more Inspector Gadget and Inspector Zenigata as opposed to Sam Spade, or Dick Tracy (though Tracy can be a bit hammy >.>). Still, creating a version of me that is so dark, moody and...well, fitting to the style that is noir, is incredible. I mean, the deep, dark shadows and darkened lines, contrasting with that somber blue in my eyes is just so good...its like you were channeling the Question (or better yet, The Spirit, who I think straddles the line of dark noir and good humor. But not that film version by Frank Miller...better left unsaid, or this will turn into a rant >.>;).
And the second half of this post balances quite nice with the dark noir Odin...and thats the silly, happy pup that I know lays inside, and brought out in many occasion, those blue eyes beaming just as strong as before but with a light far more lighthearted and happy, though sometimes little shy too (hehehe, the little bit of red under the eyes is definitely the cute touch in the right direction). You seem to also have gotten a hand of the fedora, as it works with both classic effect (to the noir), and comic effect (that thing will swallow my regressed head if I don't keep pushing it up x3). More clothes pile then pup, combined with the cute little expression of nervous glee and that little spurt of a tail sticking out from the clothes heap, it all comes out to such an effective piece, and I can honestly say, its something that I'm going to cherish for quite some time. Thank you Koopus! *pushes up hat and gently hugs the koopa's middle, though getting a bit tangled up in the process but its fine ^_^*

Hee hee.
Sounds like you two are rather close. :p
I have to say Odin, tumbling around in that over-sized coat is a good look for you. Just be sure not to let that hat fall over your face so you can see where you're going. Don't want you running around blind!
What seriously, I don't! That other time? That was just a freak accident, honest!
