Melting into the evening twilight's breeze,
I strain my ears to hear
That nostalgic song
Painting our futures
(Wanting to paint them),
We chattered on together
Bearing memories of those days...

No matter what path I may take,
I'll keep on walking
A flurry of words
Set sail on the wind

No matter how tough it may get
We'll be able to smile together
Tears overflow
Feeling like they may spill—
