Cyrus Kanan has enough mechanical knowledge to understand the invading transformers. Hearing Starcream's boasting he decided he woul dbe a proper target to humiliate. After properly disabling Starscream he climbs the giant monster to prove that size is not all that matters in this battle.
Starscream quite shocked and actually frightened at the pending loss of his eye if he were to move. Megatron seems rather amused by the outcome thinking they might want to hear what the little organic has to say. A rare moment of curiosity for the organics from lord Megatron!
