Praxus was born to a nobel Gohnese family, however defected to House Vosterev despite the gap between species. Praxus is the only Gohnese human to have earned the respect of House Vosterev. Close friends with King Vladimir XX, Praxus oversees the Ministry of Intelligence, the only ministry charged with the creation and training of deep cover spies and covert operatives. Praxus was also instrumental in instructing the Vosterev military in the brutal morality devoid methods of the Gohnese military.

Most Gohnese are totally devoid of all morality. In a battle, they do not restrict their violent tendencies to just the opposing military force. There however have been unconfirmed reports of entire villages and towns wiped out along the Vosterev Gohnese border. Unlike his kind Praxus is a kind compassionate human, a god among his people(if his people did not kill him first that is for being a weakling).
