The animated version was based off the figure, but made way too tall

Like most characters that series brought over from the Archie comics, they totally villainized Wingnut and Screwloose as well, as 2 aliens running a juvenile boot camp to brainwash kids. I'm just glad they said "Hell no" to them doing the same to Man-Ray (which was why they instead went with a more Creature from the Black Lagoonlike mutant simply named "Ray"). Merdude, fortunately, wasn't villainized in the cartoon

Funny thing is: I just saw that episode a few days ago. :D And It was terrible. (Screwloose and Wingnut.)

His brother, though, asshole in his 1st appearance, nicer to his brother, but still had the asshole smirk in other appearances

I don't remember his brother.

He was in 3 episodes if I recall, named Walt. In his 2nd appearance, he was made the 2nd honorary turtle

Geez. We have 10 other fifth turtles or what? :D -Slash/Venus/April-Turtle/Tokka/Kirby-Cancelled Turtle movie/Jennika/Artemisia-Mooncalfe original thing/Hun-Turtles Forever Turtle version/Zach... and... Walt.
