That actually brings up a problem I have with the animated Justice League two parter episode "In Blackest Night". Couldn't that Green Lantern (forgot his name) have defending himself simply by saying "that planet is yellow, everyone knows lantern corps rings don't work on yellow. Therefore there is no way I destroyed that planet."?

A long time ago in middle school, I read that babies are visually allergic to the color yellow: they see yellow, they pee. I found this in some magazine in my science teacher's classroom/lab.
