Lady Lissana Wyrashe, a major character in my Legend of the Otherworld Traveler story. An Aelfan Noble living in and governing her home city of Wyrvale- situated on the border between the Holy Bahrati Empire and the Kingdom of Albitia- she is a kind and gentle soul, often seen walking the streets with her Right and Left Hands accompanying her, healing the sick and destitute and testing out new ways to help those in need- whether through new laws in the hopes they become formally recognized by the Emperor himself, or through new discoveries in the hopes no Tyral lord claims them.

Though a gentle soul, she is a powerful mage, and particularly skilled with ice magic. Though kind and magnanimous, she leads with an iron fist. Though lawful, she allows certain legally dubious activities within her city. There are few costs so great she would not pay them to ensure the safety of her people- and by extension, the Empire she loves so dearly.
