It looks like Shad's text box colors, but seemingly an angel at the very least, (angels seem to have the yellow fade near the borders of text boxes). But still, I thought Shad was turned into a Fallen Angel by now (black fade near the text border for fallens) and wouldn't have memories of Jonty anymore.
Maybe Tornwing has allies? She is at Clem's estate seemingly aware something is wrong, so possibly its another friend.

I'm still doubtful it is Shad, but if it is, an explanation is certainly needed as I don't know how he could get in Hell as an Angel without some serious event or circumstance we don't know about. And I'm not sure how convoluted the story may get if Shad's conflict is added to the potentially 3+ other ongoing conflicts right now (Lexus at Clem's, Jonty stuck in Hell, and those knights who saw something that warranted most of their soldiers).
Not trying to be pessimistic, but Shad's presence as as Angel here raises many questions to me, which I hope we get answers for if it happens to be the case.
But whoever this newcomer is, if everything is properly explained then I won't have any problems with it in the end.
