I have always LOVED that art nauveau (sp?) inspired art Tetsuya Nomura implemented for the Station of Awakening scenes shown throughout the Kingdom Hearts series. I just had to get one of Drohan and his friends (and antagonist). From the far left to the far right are Nathaniel the Chronicler Dragon, Oneiros the Dream Wolf, Ezili the Polar Bear, Mateo the Barista Bull and Mataur the Accursed Beast.
What do the diamond on the left and right symbolize? Drohan's heart is a living, organic diamond that is affected by those that Drohan has strong emotions towards. The white pure diamond next to Nathan represents friendship, love, compassion and inspiration. The black diamond on the right next to Mataur represents anger, sadness, fury and sadness. Both Nathan and Mataur have touched Drohan's heart in very unique ways.
