Reshiram was in agony and wasting away, unable to eat or sleep.
In a desperate attempt to escape the pain of the Ring of Judgment, Reshiram clawed at his throat. But the Ring of Judgment was not scratched, rather the white body hair on her neck was stained with fresh blood from the scratches she had made on her skin with her own claws.
Zekrom clutched her hand to keep her from hurting herself.

There was nothing Zekrom could do to help her, as she continued to lose weight. All he could do was hold her hand and stand by her side to distract her, if only for a moment.
