Very great story!
I'll be honest here, I am pretty upset there's not alot of great Lugia tickle related stories like this one, truly a letdown.. =w=
But your story is very nice! You described Lugia's design very well, including his scales, which Lugia was told to have in the anime, so it's nice to see show up here. And the plot is quite funny and enjoyable. Lugia, this almighty, adorable, adaptable god, reduced to a sitting duck under a boulder. Or, in this case, a bird? I dunno.. >>

There is one thing I love more than anything else, and that's Lugia and his massive paws! Love how you go into detail to describe what Lugia's foot scrunching actually looks like. You paint a very vivid picture in my head, my friend.
Gotta love how the bane of Lugia's existence at the moment is a rock, a Starly, and a bunch more that exploit his weak spots on a daily basis. Truly the best of outcomes in my opinion. nwn
Once again, great story! Definitely giving this a solid 8/10 for it's incredible detail and adorable plot, can't wait to see more Lugia in your stories, as well as more of your stories in general. ^^

In the original draft, funnily enough I had Lugia being feathered instead of scaly before changing it, so that was a funny little coincidence of me just liking scaly more! I'm glad to hear you liked the story, and our similar enjoyments of big ol feet and a favorable outcome, heheh.

Ohh, I see! Well describing Lugia getting feathered would also be a really fun time! Not to mention, but Lugia is a veery sensitive mon', so he'd deeefinitely hate that! But all the more reason to exploit those soft, white feet of his. Glad you like scaly more too, guess that's something else we have in common! I really like that your story, err, the detailing of his scales, stays true to the anime! Not alot of people do that, so it's very nice to see! Indeed, your story was lovely! It's got three of my favorite things, a very nicely written story, tickling, and Lugia! Ooh, very much, yes. Big soles such as Lugias are completely amazing! There's so much room to rub, scritch, and tickle his soft, plump, soles! And yes, I'm very glad we both share that liking! X3
