Okay, so... while I'm super excited to start KIKI at some point in the future, it's also a huge project, so big that I feel like I need a smaller project to cut my teeth on first. Ergo, a comic proposal: a furry horror comic in which an unlucky burnout and an aspiring writer get wrapped up in a haunting. I won't lie, this is mostly conceptual at this point, but the goal is to run a smaller webcomic before committing to that sprawling, semi-cyberpunk saga. I haven't even committed to an art style yet; I was planning on having a sleek look, but this penciled look strikes a cord with me. Consider this a soft announcement of intention, if you will. I'm nowhere near trying this yet, but I think it's both more doable as a project and reasonable to see start in the not-too-distant future.

A few more tests for how things in the comic might actually look, as well as a titlecard mock-up. I really came away liking the brush tool I used here, but I'm on the fence if I want this to be the final style of the comic or not.
