The thing about writing fanfic, at least for me, is while I am working on one story, I get ideas for future ones as well.
One of GLITCH TECHS better episodes, "Karate Fighter", focuses on Miko's younger sister, Lexi. She wants to be better at junior karate, so Miko tries to use a sim of the 'popular' fighting game "Karate Fighter 4" to help her.
That episode so inspired me, to come up with a future story idea (yes, another one!); in it, a glitched copy of the next game in the series, "Karate Fighter V", creates a boss Glitch called Croake, Master of Frog-Style. It also spawns an NPC named Hoppy, who is bullied by Croake into finding him better opponents to fight.
Cut to the chase: After the Techs defeat Croake, they work on a way to make Hoppy into a permanent Companion 'Pet' -- though they use the term 'Minion' -- so she can stay with the Techs. The subsequent transformations turns a meek, skinny froglet into a powerful, butt-kicking fighter named Rana Li!
Rana is a clearly taken inspiration from the "Street Fighter V" character of Chun Li. So do NOT mistake her for Toph from the "Avatar" series.
I haven't determined which Tech will end up with Rana, since the story isn't written yet. But, who knows what will happen unil then?!
Still, what do you all think of her?
Once again, Angelic1411 was kind to indulge me with this commission. What do you all think?
